I like the way this backpack looks, and the pockets are definitely handy. It works fine overall, but once it’s packed, something about it just feels a little bulky and awkward. The straps are okay for short use, but I wish they were more comfortable for longer days.

I bought this thinking it could do both. Baby stuff sometimes, regular day trips other times. But it feels a little awkward either way. It does look nice, I’ll give it that. Just switching between uses isn’t as smooth as I expected, and the pockets don’t really fit how I like to organize things. Not a bad bag. Just not as handy as I hoped it would be

I’ve been using my Lily Jade bag most days, and compared to other bags I’ve carried, this one is way more comfortable when I inevitably overpack. The straps don’t dig into my shoulder, and it actually sits really nicely instead of feeling bulky or awkward.
I also love being able to switch it to backpack style when I’m out running around. That makes such a difference, especially when I’ve got kid stuff packed inside. It feels much easier to carry than my other totes, and I’m really happy with it

I really like these bags, honestly. The design is super clean and cute, and it feels very much like something I’d actually use all the time. They’re pretty much my style, which is probably why I keep looking at them. The only thing is they’re a little pricey, so I did have that moment of like, do I really need this? But yeah, overall, really pretty.

I do like this bag overall, but the pocket layout is kind of frustrating. When I’m trying to find something quickly, it feels like I’m trapped digging through random compartments that don’t really make sense. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I wish the pockets were organized better.

Nice bag overall, just not something I’d reach for when I need to stay super organized.

The exchange process was frustrating. I’ll admit I put it off for a couple days because I was busy and probably didn’t have all my info ready right away, but even once I started, it felt way more complicated than it needed to be.

The quality seems fine, I guess, but for what I paid... yeah, I don’t know. It just feels way too expensive for what it is.

Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like there really isn’t enough room inside. I can barely fit my stuff in it, so it’s not as practical as I expected.

What bothered me most was that there was basically no human contact, everything felt automated, and I really would’ve appreciated being able to talk to an actual person. It got sorted in the end, but the customer service could definitely be better

Overall it’s fine, but the zipper sticks sometimes, which is kind of ridiculous. I expected it to glide a bit smoother without having to tug at it

The bag itself is really nice and I’m happy with it overall. The only downside was the shipping—it took longer than I expected, and the updates were a little confusing at times. Not a huge deal in the end, but it would’ve been helpful to have clearer tracking.
